Crispy Aloo [Indian Modern]
Introduction: Crispy Fried Potato straight from the Indian kitchen with a modern touch.
Ingredients:
Preparation:
- cut potatoes in cubes
- boil the potatoes with a pinch of turmeric powder and half teaspoon of salt
- drain the water and keep the potatoes aside
- sprinkle salt , add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, add 1 and half teaspoon red chili powder, 2 tbsp rice flour, 2 tbsp corn flour, add chopped curry leaves.
- mix the added contents with the potatoes
- spray some water on the mixture until the mixture binds well
- heat the oil in a deep frying pan
- put the mixture slowly in the pan
- stir occasionally
- simmer the flames and deep fry the potatoes until golden brown
- take out and serve in a bowl with green dip
