Chicken 65

Chicken 65 [Indian / Hyderabadi]

Introduction: Spicy Chicken recipe made in Hyderabad, One of the finest chicken dishes to be served in India.
Ingredient:

1st step:
  • Bone less chicken 500 gm Medium pieces
  • 2 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp kashmiri red chili powder
  • 1&1/2 tbsp salt or as per taste
  • 1 tbsp each  ginger-garlic paste
  • 2-3 heap tbsp yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp ajinomoto
  • 1 raw egg
  • 1 spring of curry leaves chopped
  • 5-6 tbsp corn flour
  • Canola oil for frying [vegetable oil]
2nd step:
  • 1 tsp each chopped ginger-garlic 
  • 1 spring of curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seed
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seed
  • 1/2 tsp ajinomoto 
  • 6-7 slit green chili  
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
  • 2 1/2 tbsp red chili sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4-5 tbsp water
Procedure:
  1. mix the chicken  with all ingredients from 1st step in a bowl without oil
  2. now keep the chicken aside for 1 hour
  3. heat the wok and pour  oil on it
  4. fry the chicken until it turns golden brown
  5. take out the chicken keep it on a kitchen towel
  6. heat another pan and pour 4 tbsp oil
  7. add cumin seed, mustard seeds and curry leaves
  8. make a paste with red chili sauce, water and 2nd step's spices
  9. add the paste in the pan with fried chicken
  10. toss  the chicken quickly and coat the sauce while on high flame
  11. now chicken 65 is ready to be served
