Chicken 65 [Indian / Hyderabadi]
Introduction: Spicy Chicken recipe made in Hyderabad, One of the finest chicken dishes to be served in India.
Ingredient:
1st step:
- Bone less chicken 500 gm Medium pieces
- 2 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp kashmiri red chili powder
- 1&1/2 tbsp salt or as per taste
- 1 tbsp each ginger-garlic paste
- 2-3 heap tbsp yogurt
- 1/2 tsp ajinomoto
- 1 raw egg
- 1 spring of curry leaves chopped
- 5-6 tbsp corn flour
- Canola oil for frying [vegetable oil]
- 1 tsp each chopped ginger-garlic
- 1 spring of curry leaves
- 1/2 tsp cumin seed
- 1/2 tsp mustard seed
- 1/2 tsp ajinomoto
- 6-7 slit green chili
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
- 2 1/2 tbsp red chili sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4-5 tbsp water
- mix the chicken with all ingredients from 1st step in a bowl without oil
- now keep the chicken aside for 1 hour
- heat the wok and pour oil on it
- fry the chicken until it turns golden brown
- take out the chicken keep it on a kitchen towel
- heat another pan and pour 4 tbsp oil
- add cumin seed, mustard seeds and curry leaves
- make a paste with red chili sauce, water and 2nd step's spices
- add the paste in the pan with fried chicken
- toss the chicken quickly and coat the sauce while on high flame
- now chicken 65 is ready to be served
