Mughlai Paratha TOP - 10 - VEG / NON-VEG UNIQUE DISHES



Mughlai Paratha [With  veggies] Easy 16 Steps}                  

Introduction:                  Mughlai    Paratha is a stuffed flat bread, that originated in the  Indian subcontinent.  Mughlai Paratha stuffed with egg and minced meat and with vegetables /with out vegetables.                                                                                                                                   

Ingredients:                                                                                                                                                          

Step-1:


  • 4-5 cup all purpose flour
  •  1/2 tsp each salt - sugar
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1&1/2 cup of milk / water
Step-2:                                                                                                 
  • 3-4 cup medium size diced  potatoes                              
  • 1/4 tsp fenugreek &fennel seeds            
  • 1 pauch chicken masala [everest]
  • 2 tbsp veg oil, salt & sugar to taste                                                                                                                                     Step 3:                                                                                                                                                                                         
  • 4-5 eggs
  • Salt & sugar as per taste
  • 5 tbsp bread crumbs
  • 5 tsp finely chopped green chillis
  • 5 tsp finely chopped onion
  • 5 tsp each finely chopped ginger - garlic
  • 5 tsp finely chopped broccoli
  • 5 tsp grated carrot
  • 5 tsp crushed roasted peanut
  • 1/2 cup sunflower / vegetable oil  
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                

                                                                                                   



Procedure:
                                                                                                                                      

    Take the step-1 ingredients in a bowl and

     make a soft dough.And cut the dough into 

     equal 4-5 parts. After that cover the doughs
    with wetly  kitchen towel.


    Heat oil in a pressure pan and add fenugreek & 
    fennel seeds .



    when they stop crackling ,Add potatoes, 
    salt, pinch of turmeric powder.


    Now add chicken masala and 1/4 cup of water and 
    mix well and cook with two whistle. Now aloo sabzi
     is ready .


    Take bowl and mix all vegetables from step-3
    average 1 tsp and one egg  for each paratha .
    [its a double yolk egg but you can use single yolk egg]


     Now take a paratha dough and roll it with oil
     like big size , thin roti .                    
                                              


    Now add 1 tbsp bread crumbs with this egg mixture.


     

    After that pour the egg mixture on roti. Spread the 
    egg mixture 3-4 inches equal sides from the center.



    Now fold the 1st side of the roti carefully.


             
    And then fold the 2nd side of the roti.
       
     
    Now fold 3rd side of the roti like the picture.


         


     Last of all fold the 4th side of the roti overlap

    over the 3rd part.   





    Now heat 4-5 tbsp oil in a big size thick bottom
     pan and quickly place egg mixture stuffed roti 
    the up side in down.


    Fry that side of the roti on low flame. Then 

     flip the roti carefully and fry on medium flame.


    Now take out the paratha on chopping board.




    And then cut it with pizza cutter /knife / sharp spatula .


    Now mughlai Paratha is ready.


    Now ready to serve Mughlai Paratha With Aloo Sabzi .
